Solution

If you're over the age requiring parental consent, have your parent remove you from the family. They'll have to sign in to
account.microsoft.com/family, select your profile, and select
Remove.

Once you enter the page you must select the button that says Contact Us, there you will be redirected to a live chat with a support agent, in some cases an automatic bot will respond but you must keep trying until you speak to a real person.
