    Consecutive Xbox orders, all "missing" with DHL


    Posting here as I am at a loss as to where to go next.

    Ordered a Series X (finally) through the all Access program with a partnered retailer weeks ago.

    No communication regarding delivery after 4 days so contacted retailer who said I need to speak to Exertis (partnered logistics provider)

    They instructed me that parcel missing at DHL depot so a search is requested.

    Search turns up nothing so console re-ordered.

    Second order goes the same way... Missing after being scanned into the depot. Rince repeat with search and nothing once again.

    Console re-ordered... Same thing, missing for the third time at exactly the same point in the journey (once scanned into the depot.)

    3 orders have disappeared, DHL are referring me back to Exertis and say they will notify security.

    Exertis have now gone 2 days without contacting me after initially updating me daily.

    I can't cancel as my boy has been waiting over a year for us to find him one and I don't use social media so I can't try and prompt a publicity crash by moaning on Twitter to DHL/Exertis.

    I'd appreciate Microsoft stepping in as they surely wouldn't like the fact that their consoles are not getting to their customers but I'm not even sure what they could do.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Unfortunately Microsoft won't be of help in this case as this isn't under they control, but you could raise a complain with the proper institutions for this to be solved

    It might be DHL.

    Microsoft US used DHL to send me an Elite controller here in Canada.

    I also had a chat with support.

    They gave me a tracking nr (12 digit tracking nr) and told that the carrier is DHL. However, the DHL system could not find that tracking nr. XBOX support told me that the shipment is with DHL since 2014-02-04, should wait and try checking back later on these
