    Himohamedaharchaou1how old is the controller? Does it have new batteries or do you plug it in? Has it been updated recently ?

    Hiya!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're controller isn't powering on. What I recommend doing is checking the batteries making sure you have new ones in. As well try plugging the controller into the Xbox Console using a USB cable.
