    Every Time I try to put in the code for gold then I go to use a code then I go to enter code then the screen turns dark and it won't let me type out the code I've also tried to do it on browser but that also won't work

    Borderlands 2: Halloween Shift Codes

    These codes do not get entered under " redeem code" on the Xbox dashboard. They get put in while you are playing the game. You go to the main menu -> extras -> shift codes. And enter them there. Hope this helps.

    y put the code when it says renew gold i put the code when i enter to a game and then i put but when i wanted to play they says redeem gold again and i cant play onnline for that reason.

    If you have not already done so please try and carry out a hard rest on the console. To do this please go to the guide on left hand side of the home screen then highlight setting and you will see an option to restart the console here.

    Once you have done this please let us know how you got on.
