depuis mon changement de box internet ma console si est connecter un fois fois mais depuis refuse complètement de si reconnecter.

Avez vous des idée merci d'avance!

You will have to set up your wifi again since you got a new box. You may need to contact your ISP for assistance.

to make it simple I changed boxes because the old one no longer worked
and my xbox does not connect to the new box.
I all try at the wifi level but nothing works either the box rejects my console or it is the opposite.

You will need to give us more information on exactly what is happening. You said you changed your internet box. After that was changed did you setup your wifi again? Please provide as many details as possible.

Hey there valentindonnet,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to connect to your wireless connection. I can totally understand how this could be confusing and frustrating.
I suggest going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting. But if that doesn't work, try
resetting your router after having the console unplugged.

yet it is already connected once or twice but not long it lasted only 20 to 30 minutes and I can only connect with a small cable to connect directly. I will try to contact support this is my last option
