Connexion problem to MyCanl

Bonjour,

Depuis ce week-end, je n'arrive pas avoir accès au chaîne de Canal+.

Lorsque je me connecte, j'ai le message "vous n'avez pas de compte canal+", hors j'en ai un.

Et mon compte fonctionnais correctement jusqu’ vendredi. Ma télé fonctionne bien il y a que l'application sur XBox.
