Pourtant elle fonctionne J'ai été au magasin pour la garantie et chez eux elle marche si quelqu'un peut m'aider

I'm sorry tot hear about the issue that you're experiencing with your controller.

Try unplugging your Xbox console from the electrical outlet for 3-5 minutes. Plug it back in and let us know if you're able to connect.

The fact that your controller doesn't work with neither your console or Xbox leads me to believe it's a problem with the controller.

I would also suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and give you your warranty options for your controller.

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
