    Depuis plusieurs mois maintenant mon compte xbox live principale est bloquée par des options de confidentialité xbox live qui ne permettent pas d'accéder au contenu en ligne, dans ce cas les applications ou jeux me proposent d'accéder au site xbox.com pour
    modifier les options de confidentialité xbox, mais le problème est que seul le compte enfant de la famille peut s'y connecter, le site refuse d'afficher la page de connexion pour le compte parent ou dans le pire des cas me renvoyer sur le support Microsoft
    pour me dire qu'il faut un compte adulte (ce qui est pourtant le cas pour ce dernier).

    Ducoup le compte parent étant bloqué par je ne sait quelle magie le compte enfant ce retrouve lui aussi affecté, j'ai essayé de dissoudre la famille mais cela n'a aucun effet un compte enfant a besoin d'un compte adulte pour pouvoir modifier les paramètres
    de confidentialité xbox.

    SVP j'ai besoin d'aide car cause de cela mes jeux xbox one et pc du Microsoft store sont inutilisables en multijoueur et local.

    options car cela m'affiche : "Oh oh... ça n’aurait pas dû arriver.
