power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
(Reset and keep games and apps) to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

I removed all accounts from the console. I wanted to put mine back and impossible. I can not even install the Xbox Insider Hub app. I am stuck. This is the black friday and I am unable to buy games

Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. It sounds like you are having trouble signing into your account. I suggest going into your "settings" under "account". You will see an options that says "remove accounts" I recommend
removing your profile and then redownloading it using the Microsoft Account Email and Password.
