Ciao a tutti.....oggi mi hanno collegato la linea internet a casa ma non riesco a collegare il wireless alla.mia xbox.....mi dice di ricontrollare rete e password ma l ho fatto sempre e nonostante siano giusti non mi fa connettere.....ma con il telefono
e la.tv invece riesco a collegarmi.... sapete aiutarmi?? Grazie

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to connect to your Home network.

Have you had a chance to test an alternate network on your console, such as a mobile hotspot, just to verify that this is not a problem with your consoles internal network hardware?

Si ho provato sia con l hotspot del telefono che con un router portatile e in entrambi i .casi riesco a connettermi.....il problema ce l ho solo con il modem....ma comunque il modem con il telefono e la tv si connette senza problemi.....il problema si verifica
solo nella connessione tra il modem e la console
