Or have you tried using a wired connection?. This sounds like the wifi signal is cutting out on occasion so trying a wired connect or a Wifi signal booster might help.

One Network Connection Error Solution to see if that helps, especially if you're getting error messages when you are attempting to test your network.

I get an error message when I run the ‘Test network connection’ on Xbox One.
Also, are you able to connect with a wired connection, if possible?
