Connects to live but can't connect to game servers

So ive had this issue for aboit 2 months. Ive contacted my internet provider they gave me a fresh modem and everything my connection is fine all around the house but when i play the xbox one i can connect to live but cant play ANY games meaning i cant
connect to their servers. Like apex or cod. Honestly ready to sell the xbox. Ive tried literally EVERYTHING. Pleas help and give me some NEW ideas because simoly testing nat type or unplugging or hard resetting DOES NOT work. Please help an unhappy customer

Have you tried contacting xbox support directly? they may be able to help, i would also maybe check that you have your Xbox Gold subscription active, games like call of duty require an active subscription to play. i will link the support request below

If the profile is connected to Live, then it is automatically backed up to the servers and can be downloaded at any time. The only thing you can't recover is game saves. If the profile has never been connect to Live, and is strictly and offline server, then
you would not be able to redownload it.

I can't connect to the servers. Other XBOX Live functions still work

XBOX servers are up and running according to the support page. Is it XBOX or EA that you can't connect to? If you can't connect to Live, call support and obtain help in restoring your connection. If EA servers are down, try disconnecting from Live completely
and launching the single player campaign, I could have sworn I have played it offline before.
