    Connects to internet but not xbox live


    Hi, my xbox 360 has previously been connected to my Internet however it won't connect to xbox live anymore? I haven't done anything to my xbox or my Internet. It will connect to my Internet but won't to live.

    I've tried turning my Internet and xbox off and on, restored to factory settings, used an ethernet cable, connected to the actual modem instead of through an extender but nothing is working. Xbox suggested to post this information (pictured) but I have no
    idea what it means, can anyone help please? Been like this for 3 days now.

    The Xbox connects yo the router and the internet but will not connect to Xbox live

    Final, long (over 30 seconds) power cycle of modem, router and xbox at the same time resolved the problem.
