connects but cant play

I can connect to xbox live and use all the apps and send messages and all of that, ive checked my subscription status, ive even tested my connection and seen no error codes, but whenever I try to play online, it says "Your connection to Xbox Live has been
lost. Please sign in again"....but im still connected to xbox live. ive also tried on two different internet connections (hard line and wireless) any help would be greatly appreciated

caNT SIGN IN OR PLAY OFFLINE

Recently bought the xbox 1s. happy with it till now. cant sign in. cant play offline. then will say my name but still says not signed in. error occurs with everything. cant access settings. cant play anything offline. says cant connect to my sever but shows
connected. ps4 connects perfect nothing has changed. any ideas

 

NAT type problems

But it wont let me and 1 of my friend play 2v2 because i cant connect to him or he cant connect to me

 

what Router do you have? Do you run the latest Firmware for your Router?

 

idk whatever one that my last two service providers had used. I never used to have this problem until recently within the past few days when I decided to use live again. my subscription was still on auto pay and says its do up on may again.
