There are so many factors that can cause issues with a network connection. Local settings, local gear, cables, distance, interference, your ISP, connection type, connections, firewalls, throttling, bottlenecking, backbone routing, speeds, etc, the list
goes on and on.

What sort of troubles are you seeing? Poor performance? Slow speeds? Dropped connections?

With some more details we might be able to provide some better troubleshooting steps to try that might resolve the issue, or at least identify what it is and where best to go next to solve or further troubleshoot.

Plus it's not just AT&T and Microsoft as companies in the picture. So many other factors play as well - how your data gets from one point to another for example.
