    Sorry to hear about your issue. Because your connection occasionally works, I recommend checking to see if other devices in your house are interfering with your wireless connection. Turn off all of your other internet devices and check your connectivity.
    Turn them on one by one to see which device is causing the interference. Depending on the router, you may be able to select a different WiFi channel with less interference. The best solution, however, would be to run a hard line to your router or move the
    router closer to the device. There are several support/help topics available on the internet that explain wireless interference, including videos, which may assist you.
