About 1 time out of 3, I am unable to sign on to play BINGO due to a "connection error". Several times, the connection has failed in the middle of a game. Is there anything I can do to correct this problem? Thank you! [MOD Removed - Please see

all I'm trying to do is play black ops im not using a PC and I keep seeing this connection interrupted and getting kicked off cbox live I think it's my Xbox console

Hi SHICE,

There is an easy way to get a better view of this problem.

What you need to do is:

1. Go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard and scroll all the way to the right.

2. Click on System, Network Settings, select your Network Type and click on Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Please post back the results you get from this test.

HERE and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

If you have Virgin Media as your internet service provider then that would be why you can't connect to LIVE currently. There's a current service status for a subset of LIVE users that have Virgin Media as an ISP. Please keep an eye out on your regions XBOX

What sort of issues do you run into when trying to connect?
