Connectivity problems on xbox one

Until monday, everything was working fine.

Yesterday and today, when I try to run a game, I get the message: "Si utilizas esta xbox regularmente, conviértela en tu xbox principal para que puedas jugar a tus propios juegos cuando no tengas conexión. La próxima vewz que estés en línea, ve a Configuración
> Personalización > Mi xbox principal. (0x87de2727).

Of course I'm online and this xbox in my main (only) xbox, so I have no idea why it pops that message.

The wierd thing is that it worked fine one day, and didn't work the next day when I've changed nothing.

Just Moved, XBL Help?

I have also had this same type of problems woth a router. Sometimes it is the firewall on your router that limits the connectivity of your Xbox...sometimes you may even have two firewalls up that limit the connectivity of the Xbox...

I found the solution in a youtube video (!!!)

In case anyone is interested, here it is:

1. Go to Settings > Sign-in, security & passkey

2. "Stop using instant sign-in"

3. Go back to Settings > Power & startup > Turn off or restart > Restart now

This is a connection problem, try to connect Xbox One with the cable and see if the problem persists

Try to power-cycle your console. Hope it helps. If not turn also your router off for 20 secs and than switch it back on.

Hello!

I would try two things to start to see if it helps. Disconnect your Xbox from power for 30 seconds, then power it back on. Reboot your networking equipment such as modem, routers, etc.

Try removing your profile from the xbox one and performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in to live. Let us know. Good Luck!!
