Connectivity Issues

The game is constantly trying to connect and lagging. It keeps me from getting bonuses when I should. Inevitably it disconnects and I lose my tickets before the game even starts. I can't tell you how many times I have gotten the power ball and then it
disconnects and I "lose" it. Very frustrating.

1. Windows 8.1
2. HP 27" All In One Envy
3. It's been happening for weeks. It has always been an issue but keeps getting worse.
   
4. No other games have this problem.

Changing to WiFi actually did make it better for quite some time, but after a while the issue showed up again.

Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

 

Okay I see that I'm not the only one that is having The same problems and issues ! What really *** me off is when you are winning really good, and you have a bunch of bingos on several boards with brief cases and keys coming to you and the game freezes up

THIS GAME IS HAVING TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTIVITY. I SPEND MORE TIME RECONNECTING THAN PLAYING. THIS VERY FRUSRATING AND YOU ARE LOSING TICETS, BONUSES AND COINS. WHEN CAN WE EXPEC THIS PROBLEM TO BE FIXED?

 

Having the same issues with connectivity as other people. I have also lost so many bingos, tickets, keys, powerballs and coins. I just lost 44 tickets and heaps of coins trying to play one match. When the game finally started it was down to 7 bingos left
then it ended after I got to daub 10 numbers. Along with the problems starting the games I've also gotten to the end then it has frozen without awarding me anything, then it has reset back to the main menu. After half filling my powerball card it has also
reset before the time had expired. I too play the other Microsoft games without any problems.

 

Yeah.....I have been having the same issues too....figured I would ask Microsoft how I got my money back and went onto chat support. I told the tech I was having problems and apparently so were a lot of other people since I saw it on their ratings forum.
The tech didn't believe me that something was posted on their page and it was not being taken care of. He kept asking me for the web address and I gave it to him and then he saw the posts. Then he said he couldn't help me and gave me another support chat
to connect to. WOW....talk about runaround. I guess that is the most disappointing thing about Microsoft versus apple....at least with apple I can talk to a real live person. Ever talk to anyone from Microsoft or solve a problem without passing it off to
someone else or saying "it's the first time I have heard of this".

 

If you are losing connection when you are waiting to receive your rewards, please immediately fully close the app by pulling it to the bottom of the screen until it flips.
