Connectivity Issues Xbox series S wired/wireless

I have now read plenty of posts from people who are having similar problems as me:

The consoles (X/S) keep losing connection whether they are connected to WLAN or Ethernet. And that this has only started to occur after an early update.

The same cable and outlet I get 250-500 Mbps Upload/Download speed with on my PS4 I get 30-60 Mbps on my Xbox series S. Which is just the average connection. I found that out when downloading a game and the download speed went from 0.5 MB/s to 60 MB/s and
    then crashed back down.

In the network settings it says UPnP not successful, so I called my internet provider who confirmed that our router is working perfectly fine.

Every other internet utilising device in the house works perfectly, the only thing that doesn't is the brand new xbox series s which honestly is quite frustraging, especially since I have not heard any xbox employee confirm that the problem is known and
    is being worked on.

I would love to help if I can, please contact me or at least confirm that you are working on it.

    :)

Pointless since no real support but can't access my Xbox Series X or S since 24hrs and nothing works

Wired connection for the Series X and wireless for the Series S. Doesn't seem to make much difference.

    Being disconnected.

Have you tried using a wired connection on this Xbox? If not, please try using a wired connection and see if you are still having the same issue since I see that you are having this issue with the wireless connection on the Xbox 360 S.

    Set up issue

Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

Try a wired connection (ethernet cable) to your network hardware and restart the console. It should connect and do the required OS update.

If wireless choose a factory refresh of the console. After the refresh is complete, input the console setup details again.

Setup new Series X S has further details.

How to have the chat mixer work.

Xbox series s, wired, or my brand new un used wireless controller that came with the console, it doesn’t matter, and a wired steel series headset. I have not changed the setup in a couple years
