Connectivity issues with the One

As long as I have had my One I've had issues staying connected to live. It is not that it drops in or out but rather randomly throughout the week when I turn on my One it says its not connected. I've had this issue with both hard-wire and wireless connections.
It says the way to fix it is restart my router and/or modem, and while this does solve the issue temporarily it still loses connection on a weekly basis. Now my only concern is that the One is literally the only thing that has connectivity issues. I've had
two different phones, two computers, my 360, my 3DS, and my friends phones/computers all connect to my internet just fine, not all at the same time mind you. So, clearly the issue is not my internet because if it was that all those other devices should be
having issues as well and they do not. Which means the One has some error in it or flaw in the design that keeps it from behaving like any other electronic device out, which is sad and at this point of technology development unacceptable. I doubt I'll ever
get a permanent solution to this problem but I want to bring the issue up.

For anyone who reads this and wants quick answers

• Tested both wireless and wired connection, nothing changed
• I've gone through the xbox error messages/help centers and nothings fixed it
• Every other device I own does not have a problem with my internet
• I've tried taking everything off the internet except the One and still same issue
• It is a random thing, I can't predict when it will drop or force it to but I know it will eventually
• I've had my One for 3+ years and it hasn't gotten better

Get Disconnected when i turn on wireless mic in game.

Thanks for the update! So even with a wired connection the connectivity issues still persists. By turning off your wireless mic results in no connectivity issues whatsoever?

That sounds pretty frustrating, and certainly like you've tried everything. I had an Xbox One that kept randomly booting me from Live all the time despite consistent internet connection - and I ended up needing to send it in for service. You can find the
services page here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices. Just sign in with your credentials, and in the Overview section
of the Device repair page, select Repair my device.

It sounds like the problem is restricted to the console itself - so maybe that would be worth it?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I know you have already tried some of the self help we have online but I would still like to recommend this link here, just in case you haven't gone through this one :

This link mentions changing your firewall settings and enabling DMZ. Have you performed these steps as well?
