    Ok guys im going to baffle you... I have been having issues with my xbox one recently.

    I switch it on (hard power up as instant power up doesn't load my games and takes me back to the homescreen when they load)

    My xbox powers up, signs my profile in, the internet takes a little longer to connect after this. Then when it connects to the internet and my tiles appear, it signs me out of live and says i have to log in with my controller. I try to do this and and it
    spins around loading and doesn't sign me. It gives me an error code which is not recongised on this website too. After a few attempts i do get in but everything i click on takes forever to load. Settings, messages, connecting to live in games Eg - titanfall
    or Fifa 14 ea servers.

    I have checked my network connection which is wireless through virginmedia superhub 5ghz and it says 'everythings fine your connected'

    Other issues i get is my games wont open either. I click them and it says 'do you own these games' They are all digital copies bought too and it doesn't always load my 'family' meaning i can't play their games either.

    Any ideas??

    Basically it's deleting your profile again, and try to recover it again.

    Hi,

    First a question, You succeeded in recovering your account?

    If so, does the problem occur with everygame? Do you have the games installed on your HDD, if so have you tried reinstalling the games to you HDD?

    Let it know, if you have any results and/or questions.

    Hey Dann

    XBox LIVE has been having some issues this weekend.

    It was down for a spell in the evening GMT time and people who were getting through were only having a partial service, or had their Pins missing or had a strange message like you did above.

    I suspect that there's nothing wrong with your ONE, there's nothing wrong with your Internet but that there's something up with LIVE.

    My advice would be to wait it out.

    See if it carries on for a couple of days.

    I suspect it's a 'one off' and that will be the end of it but we're not used to or good at waiting.

    Give that a go and if you're still having the same trouble tomorrow morning.

    Let us know how you get on.

  7. I will do no worries but just to note ive had the issue for around a week now. Also when you check your network connection it shows my wireless connection says NAT open but under that it says 'service info unavailable' It sometimes changes back to all available
    then everything works fine.

    This issue has been happening on a wider scale recently. Once it's made a more prominent problem, it will be addressed more quickly. Keep the faith.
