    "Connectivity Blocked"


    I recently began attempting to play an Xbox game, and invited one of my friends to join a party. However, he'd accept the invite, and nothing would happen. We both checked our netoworks (because this problem has happened before and it was Teredo that was
    the guilty party) and I found this.

    I've uninstalled Teredo, reinstalled. Gone through command prompt checking netsh etc., looked in my registry for IP helper issues/xbox network issues, followed every step on the help forums, and still continue to get this exact same error. Really at a loss
    here, and am lost as to what to do.

    I'd be happy to provide some input.

    So based on what you described it looks like the server connectivity is blocked on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

    I would suggest looking over our article when
    Xbox app server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked
    and go over the steps listed there to see if any of that helps.

    Let us know if the server connectivity is still blocked after going over those steps.

    I've already done that before, and I did it again. It still doesn't work. I've tried turning off my firewall and trying it as well. None of the pages on this site have solved my problem.

    Your link is outdated, because on Windows 10 there is no "NAT type". under the settings tab. Nothing on that page does remotely anything.

    As you can see there is no "NAT type" under the network tab under settings.

    Also I don't know if you noticed but, the initial picture in this post is of the network status within the Xbox app.

    Hi,

    It seems that the system configuration of your Xbox app is messed up. Here is the link on how to troubleshoot Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10.

    Already followed the steps and it does nothing. Tried it again and got the same result - "connectivity blocked". Like I've said before I've done just about everything on this site.

    Edit: Also worth noting that in newer versions of Windows 10 when you disable the Teredo within the command prompt it does not show up in the device manager, even with hidden devices showing. You may want to update your help links.

    1. No. It's been the same throughout.

    2. Windows is updated. It always is - automatic updates don't let it not be.

    Thank you for responding. We suggest that you reinstall the Xbox app on your computer. Please follow the instructions below:



        1. Type Windows Powershell in search box.



        2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.



        3. Copy and paste the following command.

             get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage 



    4. Press Enter key.



    After uninstalling the Xbox app, we suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
