Connections not appearing after connecting

I can connect to my internet after starting the console, but after a minute or two, or going into a game, the internet disconnects and the console can no longer find any wireless connections, wen they've been found and connected to before. This didn't happen
before the update, and the update diagnosis tool guide isn't downgrading to try to re-update. What can I do?

Can't get smartglass to connect

Not sure what kind of "tinkering" you did, please explain. If I turn off the wifi on my iPad it does not work and says the app requires an internet connection to work. It then says, "Can't find an Xbox One to connect to. Is your console on, and connected to the same network as Smartglass?" I turned on the blue tooth, it did not work. I turned off blue tooth and turned on wifi and the app connected to the Xbox One. So in my case it would appear it is connecting through the router.

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

 

Yes, I have. Several times. Each time it reconnects temporarily until another restart.

 

I am having the exact same problem. I have a strong Wireless connection then after 1-2 minutes I am disconnected and the Xbox One is unable to find any wireless connections even though all my other devices are able to find multiple connections. The only
way to get the connection back is to restart.

 

After playing with it for a while. I realized as soon as I pull the disc out of the drive and restart the system there are no longer any problems until I go to put a disc in again.

 

I have the same problem when I have I disc inside the network is gone after 2-5 minutes, but without it is all fine.

Really annoying.

 

I have the game removed and reinstalled again and everything is back to normal,

maybe that works for you to.

 

ShowTimeLc Did you reinstall the game or the new dashboard?

 

Just te game, but you dont need to delet your saved data
