Connection wifi impossible

Depuis deux semaines ma console n'arrive plus a se connecter au wifi de ma box. Avant cela, après allumage la xbox se connectait automatiquement au wifi, mais présent je suis obligé de rechercher mon réseau et de saisir le code wifi. Ensuite un message
d'erreur comme problème matériel s'affiche l'écran.

Que dois-je faire?

j'ai absolument tout essayé, dois-je l'envoyer au SAV Microsoft? Comment?

Wifi connection on Xbox is possible. But it's not good. I recommend connecting the console cable to the network, you will have so stable speed and the internet overall.

2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
