Connection Troubles

I die after one to two shots but it takes me 5 6 7 to get a kill. Kill cams show me not getting any shots off and or damaging opponents after I've shot them 5 times. My Comcast plan is 75 down 5 up. I play wired as well. This happens to me in about 80% of
my matches.Are people playing with significantly faster speeds than this? Is there anything I can do besides upgrading my internet to improve my game play?

Hey Miriala, this sounds like it could be a profile issue. Have you had a chance to re-download your profile? You can do so by selecting the 'download profile' option in the sign-in menu. Please let us know how it goes!

To play on xbox live you must have an xbox live gold member ship to do so you can buy them at many different stored or through your credit/debit card. If that is not the issue I would try re-booting your modem and go from there.

Go ito your system settings and then network settings and ensure all the settings there are correct firstly.

Hello andru! Unfortunately the error codes you provided indicate that the console is not able to connect to your router at all - the console is basically saying "I'm here!" but the router is not answering. Is this a new console? Are you able to locate the
wireless network you wish to connect to? Are you certain you are using the correct network credentials for your router's security?
