    Xbox store won't let me make purchases won't connect to the store. Did a detailed network test and it says all good but still won't work. Xbox can't even do a factory reset bc of "Connection"

    Someone.please help me fix this issue. My console disconnects my controller and me from the internet. It also sometimes signs me out. Someone please help.

    What error messages are you seeing when you try to visit the store or make a purchase?

    Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    How did you buy it, on the console, on the PC or from a store or online retailer?

    And, OBTW, this is a Forum 03 Membership issue, not a Forum 02 Connection issue.

    New 360-s; audio issue

    If it is an issue with the console your best returning it for a new on from the store you got it at.

    How ever if its a small crackle there could be a small amount of dust in the cable connection or the ports that could cause the issue as well, or the cable was slightly damaged when changing the consoles over.
