Connection to GTA V online

Hi, please help!!!

I'm trying to access GTA online which is normally no problem but for about a week now I cannot connect to an online session and keep getting the same message on screen which says: failed to find a compatible GTA online session.

any idea's what this means and how this can be fixed? Any help would be massively appreciated

Rockstar loves to insult/offend people...

no doubt, i will start GTA V once Online launches. i have refrained from GTA V when i got it on launch, but come Oct 1st...going to start GTA V Online

 

Xbox One loses Network settings during instant on mode

I've a simular issue in GTA V online.
When I turn on my console and I try to connect with online it says the Rockstar services aren't available. And sometimes when I'm in an online session I lose connection and I receive a message that there's a network error.

 

Try deleting the updates and dlc and try it again

 

I get that error sometimes too. It usually only happens once and I can connect if I try again.

 

Try deleting any updates then clear the system cache 3 times. Reboot the console, try loading after the updates. If that doesn't work, check to see if there is a specific DNS in your console network settings. If there is, either set them to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
or set it to automatic. If neither work, please get back to me.
