Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

Didn't change a thing since I played last night, or years and years for that matter. My computer gets fine internet, but on the xbox, I click "connect to xbox live" and nothing happens. I am able to see friends, and it's showing the right ones are online,
but I cant interact with them. When I test the connection, it says its good. Test MP connection and it says its good. I go to detailed stats and it says I have 98 down, 13 up, 0m/s ping. It's a wired connection. My modems and router have been reset. My account
is in good standing. It's either a hardware issue with my xbox or something on microsoft's end. Probably the latter.

Can't connect to XBOX Live on my acct but other accts can

When I start up my 360 I can sign in to my account but it does not let me connect to XBOX Live. Connection is fine because other profiles on my 360 can sign in to Live no problems. And when I test connection the other thing pops up is a service alert about
the XBOX stores.

 

I am having the exact same issue. I was downloading Gears 4 then disconnected and after I reconnected the download finished, but I haven't been able to reconnect to xbox live since. My connection test will say I am connected, but any attempts to connect
to xbox live will not do anything at all.

 

Same situation here... XBOX Live servers getting hit hard? (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status) says everything is good. Keep me posted if you guys find a resolution.
I hope my xbox isn't faulty. It's been months since I ran it.

Same issue. My brother is playing just fine on his xbox one. I have Comcast as my isp and it seems like all my xbox live friends who have Comcast are all having the same issue. Also, the time being displayed on my Xbox is wrong don't know if that is a effect
of this connection issue too. My internet works fine for both other wire and wireless devices connected to my router. Hopefully, someone is able to figure this issue out quick.

 

I'm having same issue I'm signed it or so it says then none of my game play it says so buy the version or sign in with a profile that has it but I am signed in and friends are displayed but to the side it says connect to network but when I run the test the
network connection is fine but the multiplayer is not it says I have 100% packet loss it says I have a wired connection and that all services are available but my NAT type says unavailable. the sad part of all of this is that x box live says that everything
is good core services are available frustrating seeing as I just got online a few ours ago.

 

I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

 

I been having the same exact problem for hours now and relieved that its not just me. I been all over online trying to find a fix but nothing is working.

 

I'm having the same issue, it is weird that xbox live hasn't changed to reflect this outage.

 

Same here and Support is not responding even on Twitter and Google Plus to all the complaints about this issue. Reports are flooding in of outages on down service sites.

 

Have Comcast over here and I'm back online...was having the same issue.

 

Same crap here and I also have dumb old Comcast..everything else is working fine (phone/PC/tablet) and have no connection problems with any sites or other services...
