Connection Test - Error Status Report

I want to start off by saying I haven't updated any game in around 1 year or 2. I was able to sign into my Xbox Live Gold account. Then I went on to execute GTA V, as expected there was an update so I attempted to install it. It failed got an error code,
so I search the forums and I decided to clear the cache on my 360. Update wouldn't download/install still. Then I went and removed the latest Dashboard Update then when it got to downloading part got another error code:

4451 - 0000 - 3080 - 0508 - 8007 - 274C

After that I tested my connection (Wireless) couldn't connect to Xbox Live, although I could sign into my account. So I reset my Network Settings to Factory and turned of the Xbox and disconnecting everything, 10-15 minutes go by, I reconnect everything
and I test connection and still can not connect to Xbox Live. It prompted me to download and install a Dashboard Update but I declined and checked the Status Report instead and here is what I got:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000- F001

Y: 00A8 - 4820

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID 0006 - 0001

L: 8015 - 1000

Q: 8007 - 0435

Type: Wireless

DNS: 8.8.8.8

Cant connect to internet

So do you want error status report?

When you test connection there is m Xbox360-WIFIname-Internet-Xbox Live

It wont go further than between Xbox360 and Wifiname

 

Cant connect to party?

No because he always uses a wired connection, not a wireless.

And when I run an XBL connection test, when I select 'status' this shows up:
