I'm honestly not the best when it comes to networking issues. In my opinion, there are too many variables, and it can be difficult to troubleshoot, especially when I'm not there.

For example, wired vs. wireless, distance from router, potential interference from other devices, 2.4GHz vs. 5GHz, etc.

Also consider that if you do a speedtest through the Xbox browser, that this browser has virtually no cache and storage space, so speedtests through that browser are a LOT slower than the Xbox internal speedtest.

If you have a 100Mb pipe you will not be running at the maximum. You can get near it but there is overhead and you will not see the max on any device. Different devices run at different speeds etc. and you have to understand a speed test on a PC/laptop
