Connection problems

Think they've just given up now. It's hard to find the problem as it just so random as to when it works and when it dosent.

It not the online anymore that's annoying it's the fact I can't play offline even while the controller connected it frezzes and disconnects and I've already bourght new controllers and charge kits. Even when the Xbox is offline and the network forgotten
it still does it but it has to be to with the connection as when it is on live everything works fine

Hello, there again. how long have you had the xbox playing up for? As there are a lot of people are having this issue. Is it the Xbox one or 360?

Xbox one , pretty sure it the Xbox as I have 4 controllers and the All work fine while connected

when i first bought xbox one back in October last year, i had controller issues. a few updates later they seem to go away. NOW, THIS LAST UPDATE MY WIFI NETWORK KEEPS DROPPING. I HAVE TO UNPLUG POWER FROM THE XBOX ONE AND RECONNECT TO ABLE TO CONNECT
TO MY ROUTER AGAIN. this seems like just a waist of money. the troubleshooting forum in support keeps telling me its my router. Why cant they just take responsibility? it worked fine since last update. I am tempting to do a factory restore i just dont
want to go thru all the hassle of redownloading all my games. Does anyone have this issue lately, with WIFI or is it just me. Right now im directly connected to network via ethernet port, and it works from there.

If you have Virgin Media as your internet service provider then that would be why you can't connect to LIVE currently. There's a current service status for a subset of LIVE users that have Virgin Media as an ISP. Please keep an eye out on your regions XBOX
