Connection Problems

I keep getting kicked offline whenever I try to play GTA, or a movie I put in the disk tray. I can instantly sign in with no trouble but it keeps happening.

Smartglass connection problems

Hello all,

I've searched the Internet and can't find a solution to my issue. I can't get Smartglass to connect to my console over my wi-fi network . I have the app installed on my Xoom and Razr. I have Smartglass enabled on my console. I can't connect using either device. Eventually, I get a message saying "Unable to locate my console". I can, however, connect with my phone over 4g. Is there a setting on my router that needs to be changed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connection problem - HELP

Hey guys,
So it's been about a year since I bought my Xbox 360 (newer generation), and my Xbox Live connection works 2 days out of 3. I use wireless connection. My Xbox is pretty far from my router, but when I connect to a network, my router shows up and there are usually around 4 bars. When I click on "test connection", this is where it tells me that the console is unable to connect.
Did anyone had this problem before?

 

i've been having the same problems, and i tryed xbox support but all it tells you is that is that the problem is with your network connection

 

Which is BS. I have had a tech come out twice and say everything is fine on my end

 

This is getting ridiculous. They tell you to make a thread to help you better, and when you do they ignore it.

 

Same to me, Help Desk suggest me every fantastic solution ... try this, try this one, try another solution, 45 min on telephone. then ? Sorry We can not help you !!!

 

I find several things a little TOO convenient. It's mighty damned funny that ALL of the connection threads for Xbox 360 are locked (save this one). I also find it convenient that the ONLY console having issues is the 360. That's right folks, Microsoft
wants you to get so *** off at the 360 that you go out and purchase the STILL overpriced Xbox One. My gold runs out on the 22nd of this month and I have the new gold card waiting in the wings for when it expires, but I think I should have just taken that
$60 and wiped my butt with it.

I'm getting a little sick and tired of this black box setting on my shelf demanding money every time I turn around YET support for the system is beyond waining. [Mod Removed] customer service is also a HUGE plus (sarcasm).

I'm just glad that Microsoft doesn't make hospital equipment. "Oh, you want to live? Please enter your LifeSupport Gold code to continue breathing. If you want pain management, feel free to look in the online store for many options."

I just got ddosed by some hackers can you tell me where to report them?!?!

 

@Psanduez. If you know their gamertags you can file a report through the xbox

 

I can't stay connected for more than 5 minutes, all router settings etc checked out fine. Xbox one is working ok but the 360 is a joke.

 

I contacted my ISP and had them boost my speeds a little and I had to move my router into the same room. Fixed and I don't disconnect unless its Xbox's fault. Make sure your NAT type is open a moderate or strict NAT type causes a lot of issues with connection.
Try using a wired connection as well.

 

We recently got a boost in speed unfortunately. I can't move it. As far as I know it's open

I'm still getting kikked out of Xbox Live :-(

My connection is fine, my router is configured correctly.

I life in the Netherlands, my ISP is Ziggo.

Come on Microsoft fix this!!!
