Connection Problems

I tried to sign into my Xbox 360 to get into Live, and it came up with me not being able to connect to the internet. This really did not surprise me, I have had issues in the past with connecting to Live. So I turned off the Xbox, signed out of my account,
and did simple things to try to get Live to work.

So I went to see what I could find on the support site. When I got there, there was the typical "Reset your router", "Set your account to Factory Settings", "Power Cycle", "Clear System Cache", and "Unplugging the Ethernet cord". As you can guess, NOTHING
has worked so far.

The information I can give you is that the error code I get when I try to sign into Live is 8015190E.

The Status Report gives me this information:

W:0000 - 000B

X: 0000 - F009

Y: 0000 - 0000

Z:: 0000 - 0000

ID: 0004 - 0001

L: 0015 - 10F1

Q: 8607 - 0435

T: Wired

I am in the US, my modem comes from Cicso, and thats about all I can say.

On a side note, my PS4 is wireless and is not having any problem connecting to the PSN or the internet, but when I try to connect to a game, it either does not work, has a hard time finding a game, or the game is really slow.

IS there anyone that can help? I am getting very frustrated with not being able to play my games, Please respond as soon as possible so I can fix this issue.

Smartglass connection problems

Hello all,

I've searched the Internet and can't find a solution to my issue. I can't get Smartglass to connect to my console over my wi-fi network . I have the app installed on my Xoom and Razr. I have Smartglass enabled on my console. I can't connect using either device. Eventually, I get a message saying "Unable to locate my console". I can, however, connect with my phone over 4g. Is there a setting on my router that needs to be changed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connection problem - HELP

Hey guys,
So it's been about a year since I bought my Xbox 360 (newer generation), and my Xbox Live connection works 2 days out of 3. I use wireless connection. My Xbox is pretty far from my router, but when I connect to a network, my router shows up and there are usually around 4 bars. When I click on "test connection", this is where it tells me that the console is unable to connect.
Did anyone had this problem before?

Solution 4: Delete and then re-download your Xbox LIVE profile

First, delete your gamer profile:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.

1. Go to Settings and select System Settings.
2. Select Storage.

1. Select All Devices.
2. Select Profiles.
3. Select the profile that you want to delete.
4. Select Delete.
5. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Important Do not select Delete Profile and Items. This deletes the profile and the associated games and achievements.

Next, re-download your gamer profile:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Download Profile.

Note If you don’t see the Download Profile option, it probably means you’re signed in to your profile. Press Xto sign out.

1. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your profile. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your Microsoft account or password.
   
2. Enter your Microsoft account password.

Note If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, you have to use the parent’s Microsoft account to download the profile.

1. Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive). Your profile will begin downloading.
   

After your profile downloads, restart the console and then try to connect to Xbox LIVE.

Did you say you reset your router if so you need to login to it and re-enter the username and password provided by your internet service provider
