    The last 2 weeks I have terrible connection problems with my xbox one. Games are extremely laggy, sometimes I even lose connection. Before I've never had problems. I think there was an update? And thats causing my problems?

    Anyone else having a complete ******* nightmare trying to get madden to work?

    I'm in Week 11 of the regular season in Connected Careers and I haven't had one problem yet. And I'm playing on Xbox One.

    Hello!

    I would try two things to start to see if it helps. Disconnect your Xbox from power for 30 seconds, then power it back on. Reboot your networking equipment such as modem, routers, etc.

    Try to power-cycle your console. Hope it helps. If not turn also your router off for 20 secs and than switch it back on.

    Try removing your profile from the xbox one and performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
    the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in to live. Let us know. Good Luck!!
