Connection Problems with beIN Connect

Hi,

I have a running subscription with beIN Connect. I downloaded the app from XBox store, signed in and accessed Live Steaming to watch football . It was working perfectly for two weeks and all of a sudden whenever I click on an beIN HD sport channel I get
the following message: Connection Error, Try Again Later.

It works perfectly on WINDOWS 10 but not on Xbox anymore.

Having contacted beIN Connect, they said that all is OK from their side and that I should contact Microsoft.

Any suggestions?

Not at all,

Now I cannot even sign in !!???

It is a really frustrating situation...

and what is even more frustrating is that they all claim (beIN and MS) that there are no problems on their side,

If it is not working anymore fine but at least we are owed an explanation,,

Hi Youssef,

Even i have the same problem. I have been watching on Xbox beginning of the year and since November mid im getting the Error message.

Were you able to find a solution.
