Connection Problems while gaming on the XBox Plattform with or without Game Sharing

Hi,

I'am using Microsoft Game Pass and share my Account with my Girlfriend. At That Time we are playing often Gears of War 5 (She plays on the Box an I'am playing on the PC - most of the times, but i also use a second xbox one). We have really often Disconnects
while playing on the xbox and even more playing on the pc. When we are playing both on the pc (not on the xbox-platform e.g. Borderlands 3 from the EPIC-Store) there are really never ANY DISCONNECTS. But on your XBox-Platform its sometimes really annoying,
also on the XBox. The Last two days a always get kickt out at least every 20min on PC due to connection problems. But there arent REALLY any to find. No Problems on the router (EventLog), no problems on the WLAN or any Problems on the Windows EventLog. The
Pings are at 30ms and next time i am out.

For Both XBoxes all needed Ports where forwarded to the boxes - for the PC i hadn't found anything reffering to this. A Short time Ago we played a game (i do not know the name now), that always came up with the message, that the licence couldn't be verified
short time before one of us got kicked out.

It is also a little bit strange, that we never lose both the connection - which would be the expected result, if there are real connection problems. Can anybody gimme some hints, what i've missed? Are there Problems whith acquireing the Licence while shareing
the account?

Are you port forwarding both xboxes? Normally with port forwarding to xboxes on the same network that would cause one to have an open NAT and the other to have a restricted NAT. Normally using UPnP would be better to use in that situation since both would
need the same ports. There are some games that still struggle with it. Me and my son have issues with Sea of Thieves still.

Thanks for the reply and I know that but there are a lot of games that take like 40 minutes to install even while offline.I own both plattforms and the difference installing from disc is ilke day and night.

Some games are not cross plattform.

You should check with the game developer.

The issue should be the game itself. Gearbox is working on a patch since they have issues on all plattforms.

I'm having the same problem as well. The freezing only happens if you try to load the Xbox Home screen while you are signed in and connected to Xbox Live. If you sign in without connecting to Xbox Live, then start a game, then connect to Xbox Live, it'll
play the game normally. However, the moment you try to load the Xbox Home Screen while signed in and connected to Xbox Live, it'll freeze. The freezing issue might be regional since I am from Singapore too.
