    Right now you may have problems connecting to Destiny, or other player in the game. This is affecting all platforms. If you would like a notification on when this problem is resolved goto
    Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage then scroll down to Social and Gaming. You will be able to sign up for a text or call when the problem is resolved.

    losing coins on connection problems

    Twice today I lost 16 tickets for a total of 32 tickets because of your connection problems. Can you restore them?

    XBOXLIVE SERVICE ALERT

    It's probably a service repair/update on certain accounts. My connection was awful last night so hopefully it will resolve those problems sometime today/tonight.

    We had this same problem all day Saturday...yesterday was fine and today the problem is back. If you connect directly to your modem you can connect to xbox live but you can't connect thru your router.
