Connection problems in xbox live!! please help me

I have a problem, every time I get in a game connected to live, my xbox is disconnected from the profile. Out that when I'm playing, it gets disconnected from live profile, forcing me to make those connection tests ... I've even increased the speed of the
internet came the internet company technicians test the connection and was not found problems internet signal will be virus on xbox?

Port forwarding on talk talk router

Hi can anyone help me with port forwarding please. Rang ISP and they haven't got a clue. Can't seem to get Xbox to connect to Xbox live. Tried logging into my router to do this but haven't got a clue lol. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. I'm using talktalk super router

You might also try uninstalling your last update and reinstalling it. Go to settings then to storage and press LB THEN RB THEN X THEN LB THEN RB THEN X click yes to remove update then click yes to install update again. Might help certainly can't hurt.

 

How many people are useing the same router and what speed is ur router?
