Connection problems in overwatch

Often there are breaks with the server. Yellow icons constantly appear in the corner of the screen, most often with lightning. There are strong ping jumps. What does this come from? And what to do?

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this the only game that you have this issue with? Are you using wireless or wired internet? Most likely the cause is the connection between you and the game server for Overwatch. Please provide any additional information
you can think of so we can assist you better.

Sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, try holding down your power button for 10 seconds and seeing if the issue persists. If so, you may want to try

reinstalling the game next.

Hello!

Here are two solutions from Overwatch's customer support that can help fix this error.

1. Try refreshing (restarting) your internet connection, then power cycling your conosole (hold power button down for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then restart).

2. Uninstall Overwatch then do a fresh install of the game.
