Connection problems between me/another player

Hi guys, So to out it briefly, me and my friend are trying to play Terraria. So we join together in a party and she hosts a game for us, and all works well for about an hour. After that, the connection gets all freaky. Because I'm connected to her session
and her party I keep getting disconnected then reconnected then disconnected, and can't stay connected to the game for more than a minute. Her/my voice keeps cutting out and doesn't deliver properly to either end, but when it does deliver there's no delay
on my voice (I can hear my voice coming through on her screen - it gets delivered in under a second perfectly fine. Here's the tricky part: both our Internet connections are fine. Wi-Fi/cable works perfectly on my end on any and every device, and her end seems
to be working normally as well. We can both seem to play online multiplayer okay (no private lobbies) in games such as GTA or Destiny, but anything that involves us playing privately together just makes everything melt down. I already tested my end for NAT
issues and there isn't a problem there, but why/how would it be a NAT issue if it works fine for an hour, and then suddenly starts to crap itself? That doesn't make any sense - regardless of whether it's a NAT issue or not. Internet either works or doesn't
work - it doesn't just work for a certain amount of time and then stop working unless somebody turns it off, but it's not like our connection is severed completely; it's just broken. Any ideas? - C

can't connect to Xbox live!

Hi,

I have problems with connecting to Xbox live!

most of the time it gives me connection error when I try to use network based services!

Error messages vary, But when I test my connection, the error is usually between my network and internet, or between internet and Xbox Live!

 

Trouble Downloading Games on Demand Title

Thanks for the reply but that doesn't solve the issue. I actually watched the download this time and I noticed that the download bar flickers between 0 and 24% complete before the message pops up telling me the game could not be downloaded. I ruled out my
internet connection being at fault because I've downloaded another game without any problems.

Different NAT types can definitely cause issues in a party chat and in a game. Your network connection can also cause issues in a party chat and in a game. The strength of the Wireless Connection, bandwidth and other people using devices on the same connection.
All of this can cause issues.
