Connection problems and Microsoft issue!

Hi there

I'm having trouble getting my Xbox One to connect to the Overwatch servers. Here's what I know so far - any help would be greatly appreciated:

Via Speedtest on Xbox browser:

Download speed - 5mbs

Upload speed - .66mbs

Ping - 8ms

If I go into the Xbox Diagnostics, it says I'm getting 0% packet loss and I have an MTU value of 0. The MTU value is 1400ish in my modem settings. What could be causing this? I'm obviously connected to the Internet via the Xbox but Blizzard (Overwatch) are
still insistent that this is network issue. Any advice, please????!!!!

Also, what is the deal with not being able to complete the name fields in a support ticket? I'm logged into my account and according to some other pages I read, this means I shouldn't even have to re-enter my name. But if I don't, I get an error message
saying these fields must be complete - but I can't complete them because they are greyed out!!!

Should I download the new Dashboard yet?

I heard about some issues users had with it. Microsoft even mentioned it had connection problems with games like ESO, which I play a lot.

Should I wait?

Appreciate if you could post up the make and model of your router, along with your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

Who is your ISP?

Do you connect to a VPN service of any kind?

I am playing on my PC from the downloaded Bingo game. My internet connection is strong and I'm not having problems with the other Xbox live games like solitaire connection or Mahjong. I see on the Bingo discussion and support pages that this is a global
problem with server connection issues that Microsoft keeps experiencing and not just an issue with me so I'll wait until the problem gets resolved.

Does Microsoft post updates when there are large connectivity issues with updates or information on when these will be fixed?

there has been an awfl lot of problems this week with microsofts online connection and alot of people are experiencing high pings and lags, we arent certain on the issue but it is being looked at

Please provide us with a reliable source, as to Microsoft online connection problems, and if this is still an ongoing issue. That way, one could easily direct users with similar problems to an official source.

Same problem here and my Xbox One is connected to an UPS NoBreak. There are alot of people with the same problem. I think Microsoft is not aware of this issue.
