connection problem

Hi

i have a xbox one but i cant connect it to my wifi ruter or mobile hot spot in our house!

(my ruter has not LAN Cable)

i can connct to TV, laptop or other devices but i can connect to my xbox

if i try it in other places with same ruter or mobile hot spot, it connect with no problem!!

can you help me!?

did not work so I reset the console by following this:

went up to the last step and it still does not work. I'm going to see for the repaired and I'll let you know.

If you have Virgin Media as your internet service provider then that would be why you can't connect to LIVE currently. There's a current service status for a subset of LIVE users that have Virgin Media as an ISP. Please keep an eye out on your regions XBOX

What sort of issues do you run into when trying to connect?

Can you provide a bit more regarding your type of connection? Are you wired or wireless?
