Smartglass connection problems

Hello all,

I've searched the Internet and can't find a solution to my issue. I can't get Smartglass to connect to my console over my wi-fi network . I have the app installed on my Xoom and Razr. I have Smartglass enabled on my console. I can't connect using either device. Eventually, I get a message saying "Unable to locate my console". I can, however, connect with my phone over 4g. Is there a setting on my router that needs to be changed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connection problem - HELP

Hey guys,
So it's been about a year since I bought my Xbox 360 (newer generation), and my Xbox Live connection works 2 days out of 3. I use wireless connection. My Xbox is pretty far from my router, but when I connect to a network, my router shows up and there are usually around 4 bars. When I click on "test connection", this is where it tells me that the console is unable to connect.
Did anyone had this problem before?

 

I don't know what is going on who do I go to I just sent a private message not knowing why that was necessary then I scroll down and see this box. I am having problems trying to sign into bingo. keep saying server problem for hours. Yet I can get into
everything else. I coudln't get into the store from my start but got into it through google search. I am getting so tired of the constant interruptions with bingo and other games.

 

Are you still experiencing connection issues? If so, are you having trouble connecting to Xbox in any other games? Have you made sure to manually check for Windows updates and to select Restart on your device after installing any pending updates, including
optional ones?

 

the same happens to me. Just when I am going good making several bingos or tryng to get my community balls. the game freezes and then I have lost all the everthling after I have spent about 10.00 for coins.. Microsoft is a well, I better keep it to myself
but I think I am going to boycott them.

 

I pressed like to the threads above and unlike pops up with unlike 1 by it and that was not what I wanted. Folks who wrote those thread should know there are a lot of people who think like u are. They just don't want you to know they make these errors
so they can blame it on error.

 

DivaNemo, we definitely do not want you to lose content and investigate all bugs reported to us. Can you please confirm that you have tried the solutions provided by me? In addition, are you playing through a wired or wireless connection? If you are playing
through a wireless connection, please try playing closer to your router.
