Connection problem

Hey

So I just got a xbox one and titanfall, I currently live In New Zealand and every time I try join the Australian server I simply can't find any games. Which ever game mode I join it keeps saying '0 results' . I am able to find games in the West
US server though but it obviously lags and is quite unpleasant to play on.

Is there anyone that has a solution to this ? It would be much appreciated !

Smartglass connection problems

Hello all,

I've searched the Internet and can't find a solution to my issue. I can't get Smartglass to connect to my console over my wi-fi network . I have the app installed on my Xoom and Razr. I have Smartglass enabled on my console. I can't connect using either device. Eventually, I get a message saying "Unable to locate my console". I can, however, connect with my phone over 4g. Is there a setting on my router that needs to be changed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Connection problem - HELP

Hey guys,
So it's been about a year since I bought my Xbox 360 (newer generation), and my Xbox Live connection works 2 days out of 3. I use wireless connection. My Xbox is pretty far from my router, but when I connect to a network, my router shows up and there are usually around 4 bars. When I click on "test connection", this is where it tells me that the console is unable to connect.
Did anyone had this problem before?

sorry man i'm having the same issues- stick with it as it's a great game shame about the current issues

have u always had this problem or is it only of recent? its quite frustrating, I have a feeling it started after the latest patch as I was able to play one game on the aus server before it updated

Have you tried connecting to the AU server today. I have noticed I have gone from an unusual 1 bar connection to my usual 4-5 bar now. They might of fixed it?

I don't have the issue with the connection bar in the au server, I can't find games at all

Yea we have a lot of aussies on the SE Asia and US servers for a number of reasons but I've been dancing around the playlists today and got some games. If you cant find anyone in the regular matchmaking playlists try campaign because sometimes there are
guys hiding out in there.

If you have Virgin Media as your internet service provider then that would be why you can't connect to LIVE currently. There's a current service status for a subset of LIVE users that have Virgin Media as an ISP. Please keep an eye out on your regions XBOX
