    Connection Problem with xbox one x


    Hello xbox please help me with the following problem

    Problem is that the controler AND het headset are randomly disconnected from the crappy connection to the xbox

    My xbox one x a freaking xbox for 500 eur cant keep a stable connection

    Dont say its you controller or and headset because thats not the issue

    For some reason sometimes the connection from the bluetooth or what you use for connecting is "restarting"

    After some 10 seconds the connection is reastablished and can play for 5 min or so and the problems are back

    Why i think its the xbox ? I have a controller And a headset and both drop the connection

    So help sould be nice

    Yes I connected the controller to my PC and it's working fine. And yeah, my Xbox One X is close to my PS3, PS4, TV, and PC. But even with my past Xbox One X system that was placed beside my other systems and didn't have this problem. So, what can we do?
    Because yesterday I did the reset thing and the controller connected to my Xbox One X and now same problem. Any help? Thanks.

    I have the same problem in my Xbox One X. I'm not sure about if this problem is only in X models. My internet connection works fine too, when connected in my PC for example.
