Connection problem via router !!!

I have a big issue via my router connection, since 5 days, I can't play online ( Battlefield 4 ) Can't connect to EA- Battlelog !!!

If i go direct ( internet cable in the Xbox One ) everything goes like a charm !!!

I went to get a new router, just to make sure to be up to date with a dual band ... Same thing, not working...

Decide to try my old PS3, everything works fine via the router....

there is a delay over wifi but it works. you can speed things up by connecting your xbox and laptop via wire to your router.

Can you try a direct connection to your router? Had this problem yesterday via wireless connection, but when directly connected to the router it worked fine.

 

please make sure you are using wpa2 security on you wireless. Also you must make sure your ports are setup correctly in your router once you get the ports setup in router you will need to restart both your xbox and your router. if you are using more then
1 xbox on the same network you will need to setup these ports with port triggering or add service in your router. list of ports can be here

This is NOT FIXED! And quite frankly Microsoft is testing the patience of it's stupidly loyal customers. I signed up for the NXOE first phase and opted out becuase you could not fix this wireless issue in over a week, bricking my console! I went back to
the preview program, thinking things would be fixed after a month - first issue? THE SAMR *** THING! Here's an idea - before you add the bells and whistles, blinky lights and all that crap, how about you just restore basic functionality like connecting to
the wireless internet with a HDD attached - priroities Microsoft - you're making me wonder why I even bother trying to make you product better if you can't even do the basics...!!

please make sure you are on this dash. if you are having issues trying to get the update or connecting please try these steps. I had these issues at first but now seem to be gone.

Please hard turn off the xbox by holding the power button on console until it turns off. Unplug everything from xbox and let it sit for 5 minutes. THIS IS A MUST. After the 5 minutes Plug in ONLY HDMI AND POWER and turn on xbox. Once xbox has finished loading
Sign Out of all profiles then sign back into your profile. Once that is done go to setting all settings then network and select go offline. Wait 10 seconds then go online. This works for me works with just about any issue I find.

I find turning automatic sign in off is a temp fix for this. will be fixed in near future updates. If you already have this turned off and still having the issue turn on instant sign in and turn on instant on.

Please note that this dash is a beta dash and still under heavy development and they are working very hard to get this working properly. You can make the difference by reporting the issue to XBOX through the preview dash app or in the early access forum
on xbox.com. If you are looking for a error free dash please remove console until the NXOE dash is released to the public. This will be soon. Ive been noticing the dash is getting better with every update that comes out so please be patient.
