Connection Problem at College

I live at college, about a 50 minute drive from home. I brought my Xbox One up to college, hoping to play with friends. However, my friend and I can rarely even hear each other in party chat. If we even can, we stop being able to hear each other after
a few minutes. I also can never find a match on the Master Chief Collection. I haven't been having any trouble finding a match on Halo lately at home, so I don't think it's 343's fault anymore. I also can't find a match on Black Flag at college, which I usually
have no trouble with at home (other than Ubisoft's occasional bs). The only online games I've gotten to work at college are Advanced Warfare and Battlefield 4. At home, I don't have any of these problems. I have an open NAT at home and moderate at college,
but my friend's NAT is moderate, so that shouldn't be an issue. What's weird is that I have better ping when I play Team Fortress 2 at college than when I play at home. I am using the same ethernet port at college with both my laptop and my Xbox, so I don't
know why my connection is so much better on my laptop than it is at home but I can barely do anything on my Xbox online at college. Does anybody have a solution to this, or at least an idea as to what could be the cause of this?

But that doesn't make sense because other XBL work and it worked last night just fine for an hour...

My problem became unsolved again when I turned it off and turned it back on. I'm pretty sure what Shad posted will work, because it sounds close to what I think I did the first time.

 

I just checked the multiplayer connection and it said that it can't find the Teredo IP address. I don't really know if there's anything I can do about that, so I feel like I'm *** out of Xbox Live at college unless someone knows anything I could do about
that.
