Connection: Not sure whats going on at all - Weirdest situation ever encountered in my 10 ...

Problem at it's basics: I am able to be connected to XBL (Being able to use party chat, features, and OS), but whenever I select multiplayer on any game it reads: "Sorry, cannot connect to EA/Ubisoft..etc servers right now...blah
blah blah"

There are also some other things worth noting:

1. I am on a public, unsecured network and don't have direct access to my router.

2. I may have been banned/limited on another account on my system - not sure if that affects my main account. Check on that status pls.

3. I have to use the same MAC for my laptop and xbox (device limit on network) - So I can't use my computer and xbox at the same time....this one really sucks.

4. I just purchased GOLD yesterday because I thought that was the problem, for a few weeks I didn't have gold, I'm not even sure of any of my subscription statuses are. Can we please check on that? But also, If I am not able to play multiplayer after
all of the following trouble shooting, I would like to ask for a refund of my gold!

Incorrect Xbox Tenure (7 instead of 10)

Same thing happened to me. My account is supposed to show 10, but it shows 5. I don't know how such a big leap could ever be made, something fishy is obviously going on here. What have I been paying for all these years if it only shows 5 and not 10? It has
shown 10 for the past few months, and before that, 9 years, for that whole year and so on. What the heck is going on here, my account is NOT 5 years old.

Sorry to hear about the connection issues. There could definitely be a couple different variables causing this issue. How exactly do you have your Xbox One console set up? I recommend trying a few steps to help get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, wait for 5 minutes.
  
• Power on your console.
• Try connecting to a multiplayer game to see if the same issue occurs. If you are still receiving the same error, then we need to find out a little more information about your connection. You can follow the steps listed on our Xbox

After trying the suggested steps, let us know the results of the multiplayer connection test and we will see what we can do from there.
