Connection never surpasses 25 mbps (bits) in network test and game downloads

I have a Xbox 360 S that will not download at over 25 mbps. We have a 50 mbps Internet connection that generally runs at 60-65 mbps. I can do this on the computer, etc. However with the Xbox S 360 it never passes that 25 mbps. At first I thought it was an
incompatibility between the Xbox 360 S and Apple Time Capsule 4th Generation. So I bought a Wireless N Adapter from Microsoft. Same here, wired, internal wireless, and Wireless N Adapter @ 5 GHz all show the same limit. I went so far as to use a wired connection
straight to the Cisco Cable and Phone Modem and still no luck, but at least I know it's not the Time Capsule. This April 2015 with the network performance test made it much easier to diagnose this.

Does anyone/everyone else have this issue? I'm so tired of slow downloads. Please help, could my Xbox 360 S be faulty in just this way?

Xbox One Network Speed

I have just recently upgraded to a 300mbps down connection. Every speed test and connection test, shows 300~mbps. But the Xbox One detailed network test maxes out at 97~mbps. This was never a problem before upgrading. Is there anything I can do, to get
the best of my network connection?

I also did a network connection test.

It said:

1.67 Mbps download

0.67 mbps upload

Latency 69 ms

Wireless strength 65%

I'm really have no clue about internet speeds, ect. Is my internet of power speed quality?

Unlikely. The network test feature is pretty broken to be honest. Megabits and Megabytes are different. 50 Megabits is about 6.25 Megabytes/s, and 65 is just over 8 Megabytes/s. The connection is probably capping out at 25 because that's the cap set from
the Microsoft server. Either that or your router isn't allowing any more traffic to the console as part of its QOS. Slow downloads? 25 Mbit isn't slow. Microsoft's servers are painfully slow...and for some reason latency to them isn't consistent. So it's their
servers and not really your connection.

Yep that was the first thing i tried. It would only make sense for it to be the network, but when it never lags until i get in a firefight and have to aim.. I just dont know what it is.

According to Speedtest.net im at 25 mbps download, 5 mbps upload faster than 87% of the US. Dont think its my network. Xbox test connection does not even have a recommendation for my network, like a change in NAT or anything. I did get it working for one
game earlier, i reformatted the hard drive and it worked fine until i downloaded the Vietnam update then it gave me the same problems. Also tried the 360 i was using at my friends on my network, same problem still.

On some games I am able to play online, while others aren't allowing me to play. My Xbox Live is also active.

Do you still see if this is problem in the network adapter or my xbox live account?

I have suddenlink living here in the Houston area. The latest update allows me to veiw my connection speeds, they are as follows:

Network: connected

Internet: connected

Latency: 183 ms

Packet loss: 0%

Upload speed: 6.59 Mbps

Download speed: 26.64 Mbps

Kinda sad, I tested my connection at 2 am and I pay for 15 Mbps upload and 75 Mbps download.
